Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AIGC Compliance ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our API service and website.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Service Description

AIGC Compliance provides:

• API Service: RESTful API for AI-generated content compliance
• Watermarking: Automated watermark injection for images
• Metadata Management: C2PA-compliant metadata handling
• Compliance Tools: EU AI Act and China CAC compliance features

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Plans

• Free Plan: 100 API calls (lifetime, no renewal) - $0
• Starter Plan: 10,000 calls/month + custom text (10 chars) - $29/month
• Professional Plan: 50,000 calls/month + async processing (~250ms) - $99/month
• Enterprise Plan: 500,000 calls/month + priority async queue (<500ms guaranteed) - $499/month

Async Processing: Available only on Professional and Enterprise plans. Free and Starter plans limited to synchronous processing (2-6 second response time).

4.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• Payments are processed monthly in advance
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours (pro-rated refund)
• Technical issues preventing service use (at our discretion)
• No refunds for partial month usage or change of mind
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Resell or redistribute our API without permission
• Use the service to process illegal content
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the service
• Share your API keys with third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our service, including software, documentation, and branding, belong to AIGC Compliance. You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation

9. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice
• Update pricing with 60 days notice for existing customers
• Perform maintenance with minimal disruption
• Upgrade infrastructure and technology

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Cancel your subscription at any time
• By Us: Terminate for breach of terms with 7 days notice
• Effect: Access revoked, data retained per Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Murcia, Spain.
